Who is Perdita Weeks?
Perdita Weeks is a British film and television actress who currently plays Juliet Higgins in the CBS reboot series Magnum P.I. She also guest starred as the same character in Hawaii Five-0. She is also known for her film performances as Scarlett Marlowe in As Above, So Below and Kira in Ready Player One (2018).
She was born in South Glamorgan, Wales as the second child to Robin and Susan (née Wade) Weeks. Her mother was a French teacher at Wycliffe College and Seaford College before she and her husband started their own advertising business, Wade Weeks Wong.
Aside from working as a copywriter in advertising, her mother also tutored her children. Perdita attended Roedean School in East Sussex, then studied art history at the Courtauld Institute in London. She and her siblings, Honeysuckle and Rollo Weeks, all went on to become actors.
She made her television acting debut on Goggle Eyes in 1993 with her sister Honeysuckle, then her film debut on The Cold Light of Day in 1996. She then co-starred again with her sister in Catherine Cookson’s The Rag Nymph (1997) as the younger version of her sister’s character.
